Following a successful pilot day of testing on the 21st October, the NHS Test and Trace COVID 19 test centre fully opened on the 22nd October. The test centre is now operational from 8am to 8pm 7 days a week at the Guildhall Yard.
In the first week of operations, only covering 4 days of normal operations, over 500 people were tested. The City of London Corporation is pleased that now when someone makes a booking via the NHS Test and Trace website or by phoning 119, the Guildhall Yard is now a location which can be chosen for the test to be undertaken.
