The process of voter registrationin the City has started.
In the City, uniquely, workers as well as residents have the right to vote. If your organisation is based in the Square Mile it can nominate workers to vote in its local elections.
Every day the City of London Corporation promotes the business City and its interests, provides the highest quality local and policing services and supplies a host of extra facilities across London at no cost to the public.

This year for the first time the Corporation of London are trialling a system of online registration for some businesses. The businesses that will be trialling the system are spread across all Wards and range from individual sole traders to businesses with thousands of employees. Businesses taking part in the trial will be offered the option of registering online rather than completing and returning their form, although the traditional method of registration will still remain open to them. We hope that the online option with prove to be popular with businesses and that we will be able to roll it out more widely in 2015.
The traditional household canvass is also under way complying with th enew Individual Electoral Registration for national elections. For more information go to https://www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/about-the-city/how-we-work/elections-and-wards/Pages/residential-registration.aspx
