I’m delighted that today the Full Court of City of London Common Council voted to condemn the Russian invasion of Ukraine, but we offered more than words; we voted to donate £250,000 to the Disasters Emergency Committee in support of humanitarian efforts for refugees in addition to the £25,000 already sent to UNICEF. The events in Ukraine are tragic an dour thoughts and prayers are with the people suffering from this war.
