Brandon Lewis our minister for immigration is repeating his message from earlier this month that “EU citizens are part of the fabric of the UK. They are our friends, our family, our colleagues.” His positive attitude toward assuring EU citizens here in the UK remain welcome, and the hope for a fairer immigration system for the future that suits the UK and all the UK’s global partners is the kind of positive message we need to hear from the UK Government. It was good to have a chance to hear from him directly and see how sincerely he makes the case for fair immigration policies that suits the UK and all those that want to live here.
