It has been pleasing to be in the City and see the gradual return, and hopefully work from home guidance will end and we can look forward to kore activity.

2022 - launch of Crossrail, which we believe will bring an additional one million visitors a year to the City.
We will be relaunching our ‘Square Smile’ campaign to support retail, leisure, hospitality, and cultural attractions as workers return to their offices.
Before the latest restrictions were announced, footfall had bounced back to 70% of pre-Covid levels in the City, we hope the spring will see a quick return to visitors.
In 2021, a total of over four million square feet of new office floorspace was given the green light. This represents an increase of almost 70 per cent on the previous year, showing confidence in the City.
